While The Jefferson venue was under construction, the original landowner’s farmhouse was moved from the front of the property to a site across from the expanded lake. Beginning in 2023, the inside was completed gutted, walls moved, the ceiling vaulted, and the house transformed into a charming 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath guest house with a large gathering room, covered porch overlooking the lake and venue, and a patio with a firepit.

The guest house is well-suited for a football game weekend or housing family or friends during a wedding. The great room, covered porch, and patio are an ideal spot for a baby shower, bridal luncheon, or family gathering on a holiday. And if your bridesmaids prefer to lounge on wedding day morning, the house can be rented and used for hair & makeup.
