* Email us to request 2026 Wedding Contract and Rates ** Outside ceremonies are included with Option 1 but must be combined with option 2, 3, or 4. ***A holiday is an official holiday or a Sunday during a 3 day holiday weekend. A special rate is available for a two-day rental and includes the option for a rehearsal dinner at The Jefferson.
What’s Included:
15 hour access to the room(s) rented on the day of your wedding. Other than a possible rehearsal or morning tours, there will not be another event during your rental.
Use of the Faulkner Room, covered porch, and waterfront walkway included in all rentals
Jefferson team member on-site for the entire day/night
Bridal suite and Groom’s Room on-site
Spacious wheelchair accessible parking, women’s and men’s restrooms, and reception and ceremony rooms.
Use of the Catering Prep Space
Ten 30” Bistro tables, thirteen 60” round tables, three 8’ rectangular tables, three 6’ rectangular tables, 102 black poly chairs, and basic black polyester linens for these tables
Portable sound system including 2 speakers, wireless microphone, and an over ear microphone for use during the ceremony or rehearsal dinner (not by the DJ or band)
One security officer. Additional officers may be required for receptions with a bar or with more than 150 guests (for a reception without a bar).
3 rolling bars that can be used for bar, non-alcoholic beverages, gift table, coat check counter, etc.
2 rolling ice bins that may be used in the Bride’s Room and Groom’s Room for soft drinks or bottles of water that you bring in.
Ice from our ice machine to chill soft drinks and water bottles that you bring in for the bridal party.
Use of our rolling 65” SmartTV (for slide show during rehearsal dinner, etc)
Use of our gas fireplace during the winter months
Use of the hoist in the Faulkner Room for a floral chandelier (& 2 hoists in the Grand Hall if that room is rented)
Option to rent the venue at a special rate for your rehearsal dinner or prior day setup.
Bar glassware if you are using our bar & tea services (wine, flute, rocks, high ball, water, tea)
Large parking lot that will hold up to 650 cars
other REQUIREMENTS:
$1 Million Day of Liability Insurance with Green Family Oxford, LLC named as an additional insured including Host Liquor Liability if alcohol is being served (see wedsafe.com)
$1,000 refundable damage deposit. If there is no damage, this deposit is refunded within one week of the reception or applied towards the bar invoice.
